She is actually an artist by trade. Her blog is purely for fun, though, and an outlet for a thorough love of all things salty. She gets out on the water in a lot of interesting ways (I have no idea how she manages to do it!) and does these beautifully simple watercolor sketches of anything that catches her eye.
